To provide for elderly and physically disabled persons, regardless of race, sex, religion, or national origin, on a non-profit basis rental housing, and related facilities and services especially designed to meet the physical, social and psychological needs of the elderly and physically disabled and for the enhancement of their health, security, happiness and usefulness.
